Where exactly are the apartments of belrinerleben?
- All our apartments are located in 90a Dunckerstr., 10437 Berlin. So they are located directly in the vivid area between Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. (view map).
- Yes, 90a Dunckerstr. is located within the inner city circle, meaning you need to buy an "Umweltplakette". Detailled Information on the topic can be found on the website of Berlin.
- Yes, parking in Dunckerstr. and the sourrounding area is generally possible!
- However, on October 1, 2010, the whole central area of Prenzlauer Berg has been subjected to the introduction of parking fees. The regular fee is 1,00 € per hour, however we are able to arrange cheaper tickets for our guests with the following conditions:
- To receive such a ticket, please send us send us a short E-Mail prior to your arrival! You will then receive your ticket when we hand over the keys.
- Further information on the new parking zone as well as a map of the affected area can be found on the website of the Bezirksamt Pankow. (only in German language)
