Where exactly are the apartments of belrinerleben?

• All our apartments are located in 90a Dunckerstr., 10437 Berlin. So they are located directly in the vivid area between Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. (How to find us)(view map).

Do I need an "Umwelplakette" if I arrive by car?

• Yes, 90a Dunckerstr. is located within the inner city circle, meaning you need to buy an "Umweltplakette".

Is it possible to park my car directly in Dunckerstr.?

• Yes, parking in Dunckerstr. and the sourrounding area is generally possible!
• However, on October 1, 2010, the whole central area of Prenzlauer Berg has been subjected to the introduction of parking fees. The regular fee is 1,00 € per hour, however we are able to arrange a ticket for our parking zone 43 for you.
• To receive such a ticket, please send us send us a short E-Mail prior to your arrival! You will then receive your ticket when we hand over the keys.
