Our nicely furnished apartments are located in 90a Dunckerstr., right between Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. All apartments have been extensively refurbished and are therefore in an excellent shape. Stylish wooden floors, modern interior and tiled walls in kitchen and bathroom are a standard we set ourselves.

Staying right in the most vivid area of Berlin, but nontheless finding a good night sleep in a quiet sourrounding! This is absolutely no problem in our apartments, since they are all located in the sidewings or rear part of the house!
Either cater for yourself (grocery stores within max. 5min. walking distance) or enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants around the corner.

Our apartments are suitable for both, short weekend trips to Berlin, or longer stays (several weeks).
Since all apartments are located within the same building, they cannot only be used individually, but also hold groups up to 19 persons.
Due to their functional design and equipment, they represent a less costly and more individual alternative to every hotel! As a very special service, we offer our guests to rent a bike on site, too. Bikes offer a great opportunity to explore the neighbourhood, but also the rest of Berlin in the most individual way!
